Review Mode Set 1 – results missing

I have completed : Review Mode Set 1 – AWS Certified Generative AI Developer Professional

And I want to review some of my answers and details.
However, it is asking to take the set-1 again and not showing me the previous results.

To review your previous answers and results, please go to the Your Progress section of your account. From there, you should be able to view your completed sets, including Review Mode Set 1, along with your answers and detailed explanations.

If the system is prompting you to retake the set instead, you may be accessing it from the main quiz section rather than through Your Progress.
