SAA Video course and Practise Exam Questions doesn't save the progress

The Video course for SAA doesn’t save my progress.

Good that I remember what I have watched so I was able to complete it and went through those that didn’t show as completed just get them marked as ones.

I also had to pause the exam test in Section 20 after answering 30 and so questions then I came back 10 mins later and completed it.. shock 😭 the result was dreadful. Went back to check what I did wrong as the whole point is to find the knowledge gaps and found out all the questions I answered before pausing had some random answers (not mine).

Please can you fix this or just remove the pause button?

Practise Exam Questions, same thing. It saves my progress randomly. You’d think the issue is in my network as I thought too but I don’t get this problem on DCT or AWS skill builder. I can actually jump from my PC to mobile with no issues.

Please can you sort this out?

The SAA video course actually saves your progress.

Take note that in our video course, you have to click the “Mark Complete” button at the bottom of the video. Clicking this button will automatically redirect you to the next lesson and officially signals that you have indeed completed the lesson.

In the past, we have set our lessons to automatically complete upon load. However, a lot of customers requested to have a mechanism that manually tags the lesson as complete. Some people may be just checking out the lesson for fun and don’t intend to complete the entire video.

For the AWS practice tests, you can actually pause your exam and get back to it again. If you are having issues here, please create a screencast so we can assist:
