I think either the question or the answer is wrong. The capacity cannot be changed with the Copilot Contributor role.

Here is how it is written in Microsoft Documentation:

“<strong style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Azure portal required role: Azure capacity owner or contributor.
Security Copilot portal required role: Azure capacity owner or contributor who are also Security Copilot owners.

The question should either precise that the role is CAPACITY Contributor, or change to Security Copilot OWNER.
