SC-200 Review Test 1 – question 13
-
I think either the question or the answer is wrong. The capacity cannot be changed with the Copilot Contributor role.
Here is how it is written in Microsoft Documentation:
“<strong style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Azure portal required role: Azure capacity owner or contributor.
Security Copilot portal required role: Azure capacity owner or contributor who are also Security Copilot owners. The question should either precise that the role is CAPACITY Contributor, or change to Security Copilot OWNER.

Hello vnapoli,
Thank you for raising this point. After reviewing the official Azure documentation, we have verified that the Security Copilot Contributor role alone is insufficient to modify the Security Compute Unit (SCU) capacity. The task of modifying SCU settings requires Azure Capacity Contributor or Azure Capacity Owner roles, in addition to the Security Copilot Owner role.
We have flagged the question for review and will be updating it to correctly reflect the required roles based on the official Azure documentation. This update will ensure that the question aligns with the correct role permissions needed to perform such tasks.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention! Your feedback is valuable and will help improve our materials for all users.
Regards,
