Skillbuilder exam vs Tutorials Dojo exams

Hello, I signed up for a month of Skillbuilder to take the exam they offer that has 75 questions in it. I found it to be way more difficult and harder than TD. I was reading through the ebook you guys provide and it says the Skillbuilder exam is very different from the real exam. This statement is very vague. Does this mean that Skillbuilder is way harder in difficulty compared to TD or the real exam? Clarification would help a lot here. Thanks!
