Study material loading very slow – Purchase done 3 days ago

I purchased practice Exam as part of the exam prep for the upcoming CloudOps associate exam.The issue is that the material hasn’t downloaded all material for 3 days now. Its now sitting on 50% and this is delaying my study plans. I just need a pdf with sample practice for now.

To clarify, we currently do not offer PDF downloads for the practice exams. The practice tests are designed to be accessed directly through our online exam simulator, which offers features similar to the actual exam environment.
