Subscription issue on annual plan

I had a year-long subscription to a bundle for a year and then bought the same bundle before the 1st one expired. Now, a couple months later, my account shows no courses subscribed to, even though the 2nd purchase went through successfully. Can someone look into this for me, please?

I have the same issue.
Why don’t you write when we buy, that access is limited to 1 year. You didn’t write that when we bought.
Also, you need to write that we are buying access to 1 year, not a course. When I was bought, it was course.
