Thanks for bringing up the question.
Technical Account Manager (TAM) – is part of the AWS Enterprise Support plan. They help you plan and build solutions using AWS best practices. TAM assists the customer as an expert on the full line of AWS services and the customer’s architecture to support strategy questions, project planning, and launch and ongoing operational issues. Therefore, if you need a designated technical point of contact in your support plan, you should select the AWS Enterprise Support plan.
For more information about TAM, you might want to visit the youtube channel of AWS.
There are two types of APN Partners:
1. APN Technology Partners – offers a wide range of software solutions that are either built on or integrated with AWS.
Check out this APN Technology Partner benefits.
2. APN Consulting Partners – are professional services firms. If you need to migrate, build, optimize, and manage workloads on the AWS platform.
These APN Partners have the deepest investments in AWS knowledge, proven through training and certification; the broadest experience demonstrated through numerous customer engagements and multiple validations of technical capabilities; and verified customer success, recognized through the collection of feedback and success stories with customers.
You can find the APN Consulting Partners in this link.
To know more about APN, you can check out this youtube video of AWS.
I hope this helps.
