Technical Account Manager (TAM) – is part of the AWS Enterprise Support plan. They help you plan and build solutions using AWS best practices. TAM assists the customer as an expert on the full line of AWS services and the customer’s architecture to support strategy questions, project planning, and launch and ongoing operational issues. Therefore, if you need a designated technical point of contact in your support plan, you should select the AWS Enterprise Support plan.
