I passed test 1 and came back a bit later, my result were not saved. So, I passed it again it. After going to test 2 (without starting) and coming back to test 1, I realised that again my results from test 1 were not saved.

Is this a known issue? I’d like to keep my practice test results around of course.

    Thanks for your help

Ok, they get saved and are only visible in the dashboard page. When going back to test 1, only the “Start quiz” button is visible which confused me..

    Hello William,

Thank you for your inquiry. All previous attempts can be reviewed by clicking the course from “My Courses”. Kindly refer to our FAQ page – https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/faqs/ and jump to the section that says, “Where do I see my course progress and previous attempts?” You can find detailed explanations on why the options are correct/incorrect at the bottom of each question.

I hope this helps. Do check out our FAQ section for more information on the features available on the Tutorials Dojo portal and to help you navigate through the site. 🙂

All good the problem was between the chair and the keyboard.

I would still suggest to add the results in the same place where they get displayed the first time after the test results.

From a UX perspective, it could make more sense to go back where you were (and that’s what happens when you don’t close your browser tab). The current popup view showing the results + explanations from the dashboard feels very busy too (compared to the result view only shown after passing the test).

Just quick thoughts on it. Also, the platform and content are brilliant!

Thanks for the FAQ link too.

Thank you for the suggestion, William. We are constantly improving our portal so we can serve you better. We actually just went live earlier this year and we acknowledge that there are things that we can improve on in our systems. All the best in your exam preparation! 🙂
