    Hello,

See screenshots — the first typo is “… a credit company deployed its online load application system …” — my guess is that “load” is a typo and you really mean “loan” to match the context of a credit company

The second error is also minor, there is another question that says “Every nine in the morning” and I think this is meant to say “every DAY at nine in the morning ..” based on the context of the question.

    Thanks!

    Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for taking the time to point these out! You’re correct, “load application system” should be “loan application system” to properly reflect the context of a credit company. Likewise, the phrase “Every nine in the morning” should read “Every day at nine in the morning” to make the timing clear and consistent with the question context.

We really appreciate your careful review and attention to detail. Feedback like yours helps us maintain the quality and accuracy of our content, ensuring that learners have the clearest possible experience. We’ll make the necessary corrections right away. Thanks again for your contribution!

    Cheers,
