Thank you for your inquiry. The specific domains highlighted in the Topic-Based mode are those that are critical in the exam. Even though Route 53 isn’t included in the topics covered in the Topic-Based mode, it doesn’t necessarily mean that we do not have questions relating to that topic.
We also recommend you to take the practice exam in Timed Mode. The practice tests in Timed Mode simulates the actual exam. Each set contains the actual number of questions and has the same time limit as the real exam. Each practice test also contains a wide range of questions about each of the domains that are included in the respective exams.
