Sorry for the strange question, but is Tutorials Dojo AWS authorized to prepare people for an exam? Could you prove it somehow?

I’m currently reading Sign Agreement and it has a line “(b) possess, access, or use unauthorized materials including Unauthorized Content Disclosures of any Certification Exam or Testing Materials;”.
