    Hello my-2nd,

    Thank you for reporting the problem. Upon investigating, the glitch you encountered on our website occurred when our team was doing an update on the question bank and at the same time, the results for your attempt were being recorded by our system. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to retrieve your results on that certain attempt.

    Rest assured that you’d be able to review the answers to your succeeding attempts through the Statistics button.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
