Hi @Natalia123. We acknowledge your ongoing issue. We have already performed a troubleshooting on our end. When you pause a test and keep the browser tab opened, the system will not save the answers and the time.
As a workaround, we suggest to close your browser tab after pausing the test. This will keep the time and answers in the system.
