Thank you for posting your concerns here and we are here to help you out. First off, were you able to view our FAQs page? You will see there the instructions on how to navigate to our portal as well as how to proceed with the course refund if you wish to.
As for the history of previous attempts, again this feature is available in the portal and explained in the FAQ page – please jump to the section that says, “Where do I see my course progress and previous attempts?“
We are saddened to hear that you are unhappy about the portal but it seems like you just need to thoroughly read the FAQ page to understand and learn more about the different features of our site. It’s natural to be confused at first especially if you are not yet familiar with the interface which is why we have put in place a very detailed FAQ page.
