As per our conversation, this seems to be a user-error as we cannot even replicate your issue on our side. A section-based test will immediately show the answer to every question so there is no point in using the “View Incorrect Answers’ filter in the Results page if you are using the Review-mode/Section-based mode. This is only suitable for Timed-mode. All our answers were also verified to be correct.
Since you confirmed that you can’t replicate this issue on your end either, I’ll close this thread. Feel free to post in our support forum if you need further assistance.
