I did look at that URL and I see that the cover on the book has changed. However, the table of contents and topics in the book look identical to the copy I download at the beginning of August. The references in the Introduction section all still refer to SAA-C02, and I did not see any of the updated topics in the contents (AWS Control Tower for example). I know that a lot of the material is still relevant for the new exam, but since we only have the ability to download the PDF four times and I have already used one of those I am trying to find out for certain if and when the content in the exam guide will be updated to include new topics on the exam. I am planning to sit for the exam in the next couple of months and would like to use this resource to help study, but would obviously like to be sure to use the most up-to-date version for the current exam.
