Thanks for the feedback.
The link you’ve sent is for “Moving an app to another region”. For this question, the app will be moved to another “resource group”. If you created two resource groups:
1. TD-RG1
– Contains a virtual machine
– Region: Australia East
2. TD-RG2 (lock type: delete)
– No resources
– Region: Southeast Asia

With these configurations, you can move the VM from RG-1 to RG-2 using the Azure Portal.
