Thank you for your inquiry. Only the Timed and Review modes have the Pause button or the ability to save your progress and come back at a later time.
For the Section-Based tests, there is no Pause button because these tests are relatively short (no more than 30 questions per test) and are usually completed in one sitting.
For the Final Test, we do not want you to be distracted as it’s intended to be the final gauge of your exam readiness. It simulates the actual exam where even bathroom breaks are not allowed, thus, we removed the ability to pause the test in this section.
