Hello azurj,

Thanks for your inquiry, and sorry for the inconvenience you had with the practice test. We checked the question and did not encounter the issue you experienced in question 11 of the AZ-900 practice exam, and it shows all of the options. One of the reasons why it was not scored correctly was probably not choosing the other answers. We checked your test attempt and found that you only answered 1 and the unselected options were automatically marked/graded as incorrect. Kindly see the images below.
