    Hi ZaForic,

    Thank you for pointing that out. You are correct that AWS charges for both provisioning elastic IPs and attaching them to running EC2 instances, as well as for transferring EC2 files between two AWS Regions. We will make the necessary updates to reflect this accurately on the portal.
