    Good day!

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced recently while accessing our practice tests and other resources. The outage was caused by issues with our test engine, third-party modules, and vendor services, as well as deployments for our new feature.

    We have implemented several fixes to address these issues. The updates to the third-party plugin modules and database took some time to take effect, but they have ultimately resolved the problem.

    Our next step is to monitor this particular time window (11:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila Time) to ensure the effectiveness of the fix we implemented.
