2. Test Completion Status: Our system is designed to track your progress efficiently. However, if you think this needs to be more intuitive, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future updates.

3. Timer Malfunction: The timer issue you experienced might be due to saved progress on a particular item, which resumes when you continue the quiz.

4. Slowness: We are taking necessary actions to prevent it from happening again. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to improving it.
