You raise a valid point regarding the proposed solution, not explicitly mentioning the attachment of the newly created network interface to the redeployed TDVM1 virtual machine. The explanation does indicate, “Therefore, you will need to redeploy TDVM1 to the Japan West region and create and attach a network interface in the Japan West region” (See the attached screenshot).
I recognize that this could be articulated more clearly in the proposed solution, and we will work to improve this for future clarity.
