Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us. We completely understand how this might be a bit confusing, especially if you were expecting the course expiration to begin from the date of first access rather than the date of purchase.
To clarify, our policy states that the one-year access period starts from the date of purchase, which is why courses are set to expire after that time. We understand this might not align with everyone’s expectations, and we appreciate your feedback.
We agree that offering flexibility where the expiration begins after the first-course access could be a valuable consideration, and we will look at it and might consider your suggestion as we evaluate our policies. At this time, though, the current expiration policy remains in place.
