The AWSRetake2025 voucher was only valid for exams registered between October 9 and February 15, 2025. Since you took your exam on February 13, 2026, the promo would no longer apply, which is why the retake benefit or discount wasn’t activated.

Unfortunately, AWS strictly enforces voucher codes based on the promotional eligibility period, and we don’t have control over their validation rules.

If you’re planning to retake the exam, we recommend checking the official AWS Certification page for any ongoing promotions.
