We checked the autoplay behavior on our end, and it appears to be working properly. In some cases, browsers and mobile devices automatically mute autoplay videos due to built-in media playback policies, especially after transitioning between videos.
We recommend trying the following steps:

- Disable and re-enable the autoplay feature
- Try using a private/incognito browser window
- Ensure that the browser site settings allow autoplay with sound
- Update your browser to the latest version
