Refund Policy
If you wish to request a refund for your subscription, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must not have used AI Labs more than two (2) times.
- For Video Courses, you should not have accessed more than one (1) video course.
- For PlayCode Labs, you must not have completed more than two (2) lab exercises.
- If you have completed two (2) or more lab exercises, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring charges for the next billing period.
