Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund for your subscription, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. You must not have launched the AWS PlayCloud Sandbox more than two (2) times.
2. For Video Courses, you should not have accessed more than one (1) video course.
3. For Practice Exams, you must not have attempted more than two (2) practice tests from any course.
   • If you have attempted two (2) or more practice tests, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring charges for the next billing period.
