TD recommended answer is Azure SQL Managed Instance. This is not exactly correct. Azure SQL Database Premium includes zero data loss zone redundancy with auto-failover groups. Azure SQL Managed Instance “Business Critical” tier also includes the same, but with caveats and restrictions on regional availability.
