Answers Do Not Seem to relate to Question

I was recently taking practice test 3 and found a question where it seems like the answers provided do not relate to the question asked. The question mentions an EMR cluster but the answers discuss X-Ray and DynamoDB. This could just be confusion on my part and an area I need to focus more on to see the link, but wanted to check. Thank you.
