Answers explanations

Hi guys, I cannot see most of the explanations for the test questions. Is that an access issue? How should I contact Dojo team?

Hello Iftikhar,

Thank you for your inquiry and apologies for the inconvenience you encountered with the practice exams. Did this happen in all of your previous attempts or only during a certain timeframe? Our admin team has made several updates on the explanations of several questions to further improve our content, and it might have been an unfortunate coincidence that we were in the middle of the updates when you were loading the tests.

We normally do our question bank updates during off-peak hours to ensure minimal disruption for our users but sometimes, it does happen especially when we are doing massive updates.

Could you try loading the quizzes again and see if you still can’t see the explanations? I have just tried loading one SAP quiz using my test account and so far, I can see the explanations. Take note that you have to click the View button to see the explanations.

Hi,

I still cannot see the explanations to the answers. I took these tests almost 2 months back. Is it possible that explanations do show up because the tests are old?
