Automate reports of forgotten resources in account and “Cost Anomaly Detection”

There seems to be “Cost Anomaly Detection”.

which I never heard about before.

SCENARIO:

In the Scenario, where
in an Developer AWS account
with very predictable load
when a test-resource was forgotten to be deleted
then
can one utilize “Cost Anomaly Detection” for automatically identify and clean up
forgotten resources in an Organization?

Any examples?
