AWS Arch Pillars; Cost Optimization VS Performance Efficiency

I’m struggling with this one. The question asks “Which AWS well-architected pillar stresses the importance of selecting the most appropriate and right number of resource types for your requirements?”
And this just screams performance efficiency to me. Even the explanation under performance efficiency states “…Key topics include selecting the right resource types and sizes based on workload requirements…”
What am I misunderstanding?
