AWS Associate Exam Full Practice Tests expiring.

Hi,
I got to the 20th question, paused the exam for about 10 mins, when I came back to resume the exam, all my previous answers had disappeared. I returned to the first question to see what was going on and it was a totally different question. This has happened to me twice now and it’s maddening.
Please note I am not leaving the questions unattended for hours.
Your help will be most appreciated.

May you please advise which type of Practice Exams you are using when you experience the Tests session expiring issue? May you also confirm if you click “Save & Next” button before clicking the Pause?

I am using the practice tests for the Solution Architects Associate. I have also experienced the same issue with the final exam of the Associate Architects video course.
In answer to your second query, no I just paused the practice test for about ten minutes and when I went back into it, all my previously answered questions had disappeared.

Hello,
I got to question 36 of the SAA C02 Final Practice Test, paused it for about a minute, went back in and all the questions I answered were lost. It returned me to the 36th question but all the answered questions were lost. Yes I was saving each question before moving on to the next question.

We have tried to replicate the issue that you reported. However, we can pause and successfully resume the practice test on our end.
Please see the test we’ve done on this screencast, showing that our paused test was successfully resumed.
If the issue persists, please provide us with a screencast so we can further debug your account.
