    > …set up a disaster recovery system in which the RTO must be less than 3 hours and the RPO is 15 minutes …

You have the following as the correct answer

    > Schedule a database backup to an S3 bucket every hour and store transaction logs to a separate S3 bucket every 5 minutes.

This is technically correct, but very poorly phrased. Users of AWS do not explicitly configure the resources used as the backup destination for RDS (it always goes to S3). AWS Users do not explicitly configure transaction logs backup. This is just done as part of RDS automated backups

    > Turned on by default, the automated backup feature of Amazon RDS will backup your databases and transaction logs

    The answer should therefore read:
    > Ensure the automated backup feature of Amazon RDS is enabled.

    You can optionally add

    > Doing this backs up the RDS database and transaction logs to S3.
