These are the answers that are marked as correct:

– Launch a new Amazon Aurora MySQL database. Create an Aurora Auto Scaling policy and apply it to the Amazon Aurora DB cluster to automatically scale Aurora read replicas.

– Use an Auto Scaling Group (ASG) for the EC2 instances. Attach the ASG to an Application Load Balancer (ALB). Enable sticky sessions and select round-robin as the load-balancing algorithm for the target groups.

The first answer is fine, but the second one is not an actual option that you can choose. it is however, nearly identical to answer number 1 in the question except for the fact that it has “load-balancing” instead of “load balancing”.
So as of the time I’m writing this post there is no way to answer this question “correctly”.

One more thing I’d like to mention is that in question that require multiple answers, if you get one of them wrong and the rest correctly all of your choices are highlighted in red(including the correct ones), which is a little misleading. I suggest that only the wrong answers should be highlighted in red, and the correct one should be highlighted in green.
