Hello,
I need a bit of clarification on the following:
Question 5
A company is developing an online education portal in AWS which uses WebSockets for its live coding feature. The portal will be hosted in an Amazon ECS cluster and must be behind a load balancer that supports host-based and path-based routing to properly distribute the incoming traffic. There should also be consistent visibility and network traffic controls for every service of the containerized application to ensure high availability.
Which of the following is the MOST suitable solution that needs to be implemented to meet the above requirements?
Explanation of one of the offered responses:
Launch a Gateway Load Balancer and create the Amazon ECS cluster with the CloudWatch Container Insights feature enabled is incorrect because a Gateway Load Balancer doesn’t support WebSockets…
According to the image that is showing feature comparison of all AWS Load Balancers, GLB supports WebSockets.
Thanx 😀

Hello vlada,
Thank you for pointing out our error. Yes, GLBs does support WebSockets as the diagram shows.
We’ll have the rationale fixed for this item.
Let me know if there’s anything I can help you with.
