Launch a Gateway Load Balancer and create the Amazon ECS cluster with the CloudWatch Container Insights feature enabled is incorrect because a Gateway Load Balancer doesn’t support WebSockets…

According to the image that is showing feature comparison of all AWS Load Balancers, GLB supports WebSockets.
