I observed that my completion percentage & date last accessed of my courses are no longer changing, since October! Is there anything that could be done about this?

Hi Flak,
It seems that you are referring to your SAA practice exam progress. You can check your progress under the My Dashboard, or the actual SAA-C02 Course page itself. Please see the attached screenshot below:
