Exam doesn't save when I unchecked an answer?

Hello, there’s an issue while I am reviewing an exam. When I check an answer it saves it, but when I unchecked it again it doesn’t saved. I noticed that when I reviewing the exam after finishing it. All the answers I have unchecked still marked as checked which resulting in making most of my questions incorrect. Please review this. It happened in Timed Mode Set 1 in AWS Certified Security Specialty practice exams. Thank you.

Hello Hossam,
Thank you for your inquiry. You can pause and save your progress in the Timed Mode and come back at a later time. There is a Save & Next button at the bottom of each question in the Timed Mode sets which essentially saves all previously answered questions. When you reload the set, you’ll see a Resume Quiz button.

I think you didn’t get the point. What I mean is that when I have a question that requires me to select two or more choices, When I select one answer and then I unselect it again it doesn’t save it as unselected, it saves it as selected also. For example, if I have a question that has 5 answers and I have to select two from them, when I select 3 answers then I unselect one so I have total of two selected. Then when I finish and reviews answers I see that all the three selected not only two. The point is that it saves to the database when I select but it doesn’t save to the database when the answer is unselected. Thank you.

I’m experiencing the same issue. When reviewing a completed practice exam, It keeps showing that I’ve selected 3 options, but I’m certain I only chose 2. It results in an incorrect answer
