  • Exam responses don’t save when session has gone on too long

I have been doing several review mode exams for the AWS SA Pro, and if I leave my laptop and come back after a while to resume the test, progress doesn’t save. Because I clicked a link or accidentally reloaded, I have not been able to get the scores for 2 of my exams. This is absolutely infuriating, considering I put in 5+ hours on these tests. I have seen other threads where we are told to remember to reload the page if we step away for a while, but that shouldn’t be on the user. It’s bad design and customer service to implement sessions this way. The website should automatically log us out if session state is a problem.

    Hi Shreya Mohanty,

We understand how crucial it is for your progress to be accurately tracked, especially when taking lengthy exams. We genuinely value your feedback and have taken your concerns seriously. In an effort to address the problem, we attempted to replicate the issue using your account settings, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to encounter the same problem on our end.

In order to assist you more effectively, we kindly request some additional information. Could you please provide us with more details about the specific link you clicked or any error messages you encountered when trying to resume the test? This information will greatly help in identifying the root cause of the problem and implementing a solution to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

    Best regards,
    JR @ Tutorials Dojo
