explanation about azure Types of Storage Accounts

in page 54 it say that Types of Storage Accounts: General-purpose (v2 and v1), BlockBlobStorage, FileStorage, and BlobStorage

why in page 56-57 Study Guide Azure Fundamental there is no explanation about blob storage account ?
