Global accelerator vs Cloudfront

I am always confused as to when to use Global Accelerator and When to use Cloudfront. Is there is clear criteria as to when it is suggested to use Global Accelerator and when we should be using Cloudfront. Both of them seem to meet the same latency objectives. Is one faster than the other?
