How to stop pop-ups?

I am going through cheat sheet for AWS exam and the Ad for specialty sales comes up and there is not close button as well, i am unable to study because of it. Help

I’ve been experiencing this same issues for the past 3 years. I’ve brought up this issue and send images plenty of times. Developers keep pretending not to know about this. How can you monetize on ads revenue and not know??? SMH. Not sure if this only happening in the Philippians.
