    Hello Team,

    Use review mode at AWS-DOP to study.

    Sometimes I can’t see the correct answer and detail when I click the CHECK button.

    I guess I can see this after the PC sleep or take a break for 2-3 hours .

    If this appear I can’t click any more .

    How can I fix it?

    Hi Ebi,

    It’s possible that your user session got idle because you left the site for a long period of time. Simply refresh the page so you can do the test again.

      Thank you Jon

      I understand.
      But I hope it will add a “Pause Button” on the quiz with review mode, It’s only my own reason.
      My study style for exam is repeat many times same quiz until I memorize it .
      You know Japanese commute time is very long every weekday.
      I usually study during my commute time.
      Actually this is meaning that I’ll stop the quiz often.

    I am experiencing the same issue as well, I haven’t left the computer to idle.

    It sometimes takes 30 seconds to a minute for the answers to show after clicking the Check button.

    Hi Paolo,

    I just tested your account and in the Review-mode test, the answer shows up around 3 seconds as shown in this screencast:

    I suspect that the issue is in your client-side as 30 secs – 1 minute is quite slow. How’s your Internet speed in your area?

    Same issue here, but in review mode of a timed test (SA pro test 1), right after I finished the test.
    For some incorrect answers (#5,64 and 73), no details are shown, that is no explanation, and it is also not indicated which is the correct answer….
    Also in the dashboard there’s no statistics shown (yet).
    I can provide screenshot.

      Hi Robert,

      Your case was a different one. Our admin assistant was doing enhancements to the exact questions that you were referring to and I can confirm with you (screenshot sent in my email response) that the answers and explanations are working perfectly fine.

      The unavailability of the statistics button may be an unforeseen consequence of the question bank update happening while your results were being generated and I’ve forwarded this to our technical person for further investigation.
