Issues with the coupon

I had 4 practice exams in my cart and applied $50 gift card/coupon, so the total was appearing as $54.14-50=$4.14
With Google Pay (Stripe) payment method selected my card was charged full $54.14 amount.
I requested $50 refund and indicated gift card/coupon code in the request 38 hours ago.
Could you assist please ?
