Outdated question of Aurora Serverless v1.

Aurora serverless v2 not scale to 0 so questions that use features of v1 should be removed/modified

AWS is planning to remove v1 at the end of 2024.

“A Database Specialist plans to migrate an Amazon Aurora for MySQL Cluster to Amazon Aurora Serverless. However, the Application Manager wants to ensure that the Serverless cluster pauses only after an hour of zero activity and that both storage and compute scaling will not interrupt any existing database transactions.”
