Practice exam score indication when to go for real exam

It may be asked earlier by somebody but could find it . I need to know I am using practice exam , what are the indicator of practice exam score that I am ready to go for it . Deos it mean in fianl practice exam I should get 100% , if so how many attempt of final practice exams with 100% score ?
