Q&A compared to the real thing

Curious, how close are these practice exams to the actual exams? Are the questions areas that people are seeing on the exam, any fluff section etc?

Hi there!

While we cannot say that the questions in the practice exams will also be the questions in the actual exam, we can tell you that our students have previously shared that our practice exams covered most, if not all, of the topics that appeared in their actual exam, and that our practice exams are as difficult (or more difficult for some) as the actual exam itself.

We keep a close eye on the topics that appear in the actual CCP exam from the feedback we get from our students, and we create our questions from those topics. May we ask what topics we might have missed that appeared in your exam?

Sorry didn’t mean in sense of topics just that the op sounded he was hoping for exact dumps kind of practice questions. If someone were to study the questions and the detailed explaining of why an answer is correct or wrong it will suffice.

In my case this was my main study material and i did pass but that is because i also read the detailed explanation and not just focus on question and answer.

Thanks for clarifying! We’re glad that our CCP practice exams are still helpful to you and our other students. We also always make sure to keep them updated as soon as possible so that our students don’t miss out on anything. But yes, you are correct in that we are not a question dump, since we don’t want to violate AWS’ certification policy.
