Re-purchased 3 exams, expiration still showing original and wanting to reset

Hi TD Team!
I am in the process of re-certifying for 3 exams I just purchased on my account. I was wondering how it works because I re-purchased. The exams still show the original expiration date in 07/2023. Will this reset after expiration?
I would also like to reset my progress as it is confusing since I completed the majority of the practice tests previously.
I am particularly looking for: SAP, DevOps Pro and Database Specialty.
Please let me know.

Hello Christopher,
Thank you for purchasing in advance, even though the practice tests have not yet expired. The exam progress will not automatically reset after the expiration of the courses. However, we can reset the course exam progress on our end and adjust the practice exam’s expiry date due to your recent purchase.
Let me know if you want to proceed with the progress reset and expiry extension.

Thank you for your reply. We have successfully reset the exam progress of your courses. Please do note that your previous attempts will still be reflected in the view results. We’ve also extended their expiration dates 3 years after the purchase.

Hi Team,
In resetting my progress it seems that I lost access to the following:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Practice Exams 2023
Can you please check on this? I do see the other 2 exams were reset correctly.
