I am having a similar issue to what was reported on here. My courses are

Hey Rachelle,

I appreciate you resetting my progress, but I lost access to this course when I purchased a new one on July 11th, 2023 order #479018. Could you please provide me access to this course once again? Thanks

  Thank you for purchasing SAA-C03 Practice Exam again. Due to the expiration of the one you bought before, the course has been automatically removed from your account. However, we have loaded the SAA-C03 course back to your account and also extended the SysOps Administrator Practice exam 3 years from the date you repurchased the course.

I have no option to access the SAA course anymore. Could you please provide me access to this again.
